Born on July 27, 2007, in Delhi, this vibrant young kabaddi player has always been fueled by passion and a sense of determination. Growing up in a bustling household with two elder sisters and three elder brothers, he learned early on the value of perseverance. His father, Veerpal Singh Rathore, runs a business offering tents and other items, while his mother, Seema Singh, manages the family as a dedicated homemaker. At the age of 12, this budding athlete discovered his love for kabaddi, inspired by the skills and achievements of senior players. Training diligently under the guidance of his coach, Nitin Mavi, at the NM Kabaddi Academy in Dekhand, he has honed his craft, specializing as a Left Corner Defender. His favorite move, the Ankle Hold, has become his signature on the mat, showcasing his strategic prowess. He has made significant strides in his career, notably securing a gold medal at the Junior State in Delhi in 2024, a moment that filled him with immense pride. Looking ahead, he dreams of representing Junior India at the Asiad in 2026. With his sights set high, this young athlete continues to push the boundaries of his potential, fueled by his favorite player, Sanjeev Baliyan, who exemplifies the spirit of exceptional defense in kabaddi.
