Chandrakant Devidas Ghadi, born on June 17, 2005, in Dabolim, Goa, is a spirited young kabaddi player making waves with his talent and determination. Growing up in a supportive family, with his father Devidas working as a constable in the Goa Police and his mother Disha being a homemaker, Chandrakant found an initial spark for kabaddi thanks to his coach, Prasad Sir, who guided him from the fifth standard. This early coaching was pivotal in honing his skills, especially in the kick skill. Currently residing in Panjim, Goa, Chandrakant balances his passion for kabaddi with his studies as he pursues a Bachelor of Commerce in his Second Year. His dedication doesn't stop at practice; he often trains outdoors and complements his regimen with fitness sessions on the beautiful beaches of Goa. While his brother Laksh leans more toward football, Chandrakant remains steadfast in his love for kabaddi, frequently drawing inspiration from players like Pawan Sehrawat and Akash Shinde. During an inter-school tournament, he showcased his resilience when his team was trailing but turned the game around. Looking ahead, Chandrakant believes in living in the moment, preferring to nurture his passion instead of stressing over future outcomes. He also enjoys cricket, football, and volleyball, representing his school in all three sports, embodying a well-rounded athlete ready to make his mark.
