Kuldeep Singh, a passionate kabaddi player, hails from the bustling town of Dirba in Punjab. Born on January 1, 2001, he grew up in a close-knit family with his father, Shersingh, running a travelling business, and his mother, Vimladevi, managing the household. Kuldeep is not alone in this journey; he shares it with his younger siblings, Lovedeep Singh and Manpreet Kaur, who have both supported his aspirations but are not involved in kabaddi themselves. Kuldeep's journey into the world of kabaddi began at the tender age of 12 when he discovered his love for the sport while playing in school. Under the guidance of his coach, Jaspal Singh, he honed his skills at the Shahid Bachan Singh Sports Academy, where he developed an exceptional ability to block and execute the thigh hold—a skill he admires in his favorite player, Ransingh. He has made impressive strides in the sport, participating in various competitions, including the Junior National Championship in 2019 and the upcoming Senior State Championship in 2024. As he pursues an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts, Kuldeep dreams of one day competing in the Pro Kabaddi League and showcasing his talent on a bigger stage. With determination and dedication, he is ready to make his mark in the kabaddi world.
