P. Veera Prakash

VeeraPrakash, born on July 12, 2003, originates from Thenperamboor, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. His father, Ponraman, works as a farmer, and his mother, Saradha, manages their household. He has two younger sisters named Mahalakshmi and Vinciya, neither of whom shares VeeraPrakash's passion for Kabaddi. VeeraPrakash discovered his love for Kabaddi at the age of 14 and began his journey as a Right Cover Defender. His signature move on the field is Chain Locking, a skill he has refined through dedicated practice and coaching from Aravind Raja, who has played for Income Tax Chennai. He admires Sunil Malik for his chain tackling abilities, finding inspiration in his style of play. Despite his dedication to Kabaddi, VeeraPrakash also enjoys playing cricket, considering himself an average player in the sport. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), which he completed in 2024, VeeraPrakash aims to explore career opportunities in both the government sector and professional Kabaddi. His career highlights include overturning the result of a local match with a remarkable tackle, showcasing his talent and determination on the field.
