Aniket Ashok Mastake, born on June 11, 2007, hails from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, and currently resides in Mumbai. His father, Ashok Vakoji Mitake, works in a bank, while his mother, Ashwini Mitake, is a homemaker. Aniket began his kabaddi journey in school at the age of 14 and quickly showcased his talent as an all-rounder, specialising in the left-corner and right raider positions. His signature move, the jump, has earned him recognition on the kabaddi field. Under the guidance of coaches Shivaji Bavdekar and Mahindra Naik, Aniket hones his skills at the Jay Bharat Krida Mandal ground in Mumbai. Despite having a younger sister, he stands out as the only kabaddi enthusiast in the family. Anup Kumar, the legendary Indian player known for his toe touch, serves as Aniket's inspiration in the sport. Outside of kabaddi, Aniket enjoys playing cricket and dreams of representing his team in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL). Despite his college studies in BPED, he continues to pursue his passion for kabaddi with the hope of leaving a mark in the professional arena, reminiscent of his memorable golden raid that secured victory for his team in a local match.
