Ajainandha Krishnakumar

Representing the Jayachitra Club in the YKS TN Clubs 2024 tournament is Ajinandha K, born on September 9, 2001, in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, where he currently resides. His father, R Krishnakumar, is a retired driver, and he has an elder brother named Rupesh Gokul. Ajinandha started playing Kabaddi at the age of 12, inspired by his schoolmates. He specializes as a Right Raider, known for his exceptional kicking skills. He receives coaching from Velumurgan in Coimbatore and practices at the Sulu Sports Club. Ajay Thakur, the former Indian team captain, is Ajinandha's favorite player, admired for his aura and game. Outside of Kabaddi, Ajinandha enjoys playing football and is pursuing a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com). His career highlights include winning the YKS Winter title in Pondicherry in the winter of 2023. His future aspiration is to be awarded the prestigious Arjuna Award for Kabaddi, representing his country.
