Vrushabh Sanjay Salunke, born on February 18, 2003, in Jaysingpur, Maharashtra, is a promising kabaddi player representing Sangli in the KMP YKS 2024 tournament. Growing up in Jaysingpur, Vrushabh discovered his passion for kabaddi at the age of 15, starting his journey in the sport during his school days. As a right raider, Vrushabh has honed his skills, specializing in the hand touch technique, making him a valuable asset on the mat. Under the guidance of coach Vaibhav Patil at Tarun Maratha Vyam Mandal Sangliwadi, Vrushabh continues to refine his game, drawing inspiration from kabaddi stalwart Aslam Inamdar, particularly admiring his prowess in securing bonus points. Despite his young age, Vrushabh has already made a mark in the kabaddi circuit, representing Maharashtra in the Under 19 State tournament in 2022.
