Born on October 1, 2006, in the vibrant town of Khanpur, Greater Noida, Ashish Bhati was nurtured in a loving family where his father, Satendra, worked as a farmer and his mother, Archana, embraced the role of a homemaker. He has two siblings—an elder brother, Shivam, and a younger brother, Tanish. Ashish's journey into the thrilling world of kabaddi began when he was just 15 years old. Watching a friend play sparked a passion that ignited his interest in the sport. Since then, he has trained under the guidance of coaches Jitendar Nagar and Yogesh Nagar at JD Academy, honing his skills as a left raider. With his knack for jumping and running hand touches, he quickly set his sights on reaching new heights. Inspired by his favorite player, Amit Nagar, who has become a role model for him, Ashish has participated in various competitions, including the Yuva Kabaddi Series and the Under 19 SGFI National Championship. His performance at the Senior State Nationals in Uttar Pradesh in 2024 marked a significant milestone for him in his young career. Looking ahead, Ashish aspires to shine in the Pro Kabaddi League and dreams of serving in the Indian Railways or the Indian Army. Most importantly, he aims to wear the national jersey and represent India on the international stage. With his determination and skills, the future looks bright for this budding kabaddi star!
