Deepak Choudhary

Meet Deepak Choudhary, a spirited young talent hailing from the vibrant city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Born on October 2, 2004, Deepak grew up in a lively household with his mother, Lali Devi, two elder sisters, Kavita and Rekha, and his elder brother, Ramprasad, who initially sparked Deepak's passion for kabaddi. Sadly, their father, Kanharam Choudhary, is no longer with them, but his memories inspire Deepak to strive for greatness. His journey in kabaddi began at the tender age of 16, thanks to his brother's encouragement. Deepak found his rhythm playing as a Left Corner Defender, honing his skills at Chaughan Stadium under the guidance of coach Dr. Dinesh Chaudhary since 2020. One striking aspect of his playstyle is his exceptional ability to execute the Ankle Hold, a technique he admires in his favorite player, Surender Nada. Deepak's hard work paid off when he proudly represented his team, clinching first place at the Junior State Tournament in Udaipur in 2023. As he pursues his first year in a Bachelor of Arts program, his sights are set on greater heights—hoping to play in the Pro Kabaddi League and someday, don the Indian jersey. With unwavering determination, Deepak is certainly a name to watch in the kabaddi arena.
