Mihir Gurjar, born on April 5, 2001, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has always had a penchant for the spirited game of kabaddi. Growing up in a family that values hard work, with his father serving as an Assistant Sub Inspector in the Madhya Pradesh Police and his mother, Kanta Devi, managing the home, Mihir found his passion in the sport at a young age. When he was just 13, inspired by friends whose parents played kabaddi, he was drawn into the vibrant world of raiding. Under the guidance of his coach, Himanshu Raghuvanshi, who has nurtured him since childhood, Mihir has honed his skills, focusing particularly on bonus points and hand touches. He practices at Lucky Wandis in Indore and lists Himanshu as not just his coach but also his favorite player. While kabaddi is his first love, Mihir also enjoys football, showcasing his versatility as an athlete. Recently, he completed his MBA, adding academic success to his repertoire. With aspirations to showcase his talent in the Pro Kabaddi League, Mihir aims to perform well and support his family, hoping to find a job in services through the sports quota. He is determined to make his mark in the kabaddi world while staying grounded in his roots.
