Vinay

Vinay, born on October 31, 2003, in Jind, Haryana, has always held a special connection to his roots. Growing up in a farming family, with his father, Virendar, working tirelessly in the fields and his mother, Mukesh, managing the household, he found inspiration in the simple yet powerful dedication of his parents. Though he has a sibling, Bittu, who now resides in Australia and is a kabaddi enthusiast, Vinay's journey into the sport began somewhat independently. At the age of 14, he was mesmerized watching players engage in lively matches in his hometown, which sparked his passion for kabaddi. With unwavering determination, he trained under the guidance of Coach Dilbag Dhull at the PAI School, honing his skills, particularly in bonus collection—his favorite aspect of the game. Vinay plays as a Left Raider and has made his mark in various tournaments, including the Yuva Kabaddi Series Summer Edition in 2022 with Murthal Magnets. Inspired by his favorite player, Krishan Dhull, whose tackling skills captivate him, Vinay aims to rise through the ranks and represent his state at the national level. With dreams of turning his passion into a profession, he looks forward to leaving a legacy of his own in the world of kabaddi.
