Happy was born on October 2, 2003, in the charming village of Ahri in Jhajjar, Haryana, where he still resides with his close-knit family. His father, Barahmanand, runs a textile factory, while his mother, Meena, expertly manages the household. Although Happy has an elder brother named Sahil who collaborates with their father, none of his siblings share his fervent passion for kabaddi. At the age of 14, Happy discovered his love for kabaddi, inspired by the talented Surender Nada, a celebrated player from his village. With big dreams of emulating his idol, he began training under the watchful eye of coach Ravinder Nada, Surender’s brother. Happy quickly honed his skills, particularly enjoying the running ankle hold, which became his signature move. In the Yuva Kabaddi Series Monsoon Edition of 2022, he had his chance to shine with the Kaziranga Rhinos. A standout moment occurred just three months ago at Kablana, where his remarkable performance in a nail-biting final helped secure victory for his team. Looking ahead, Happy aspires to elevate his kabaddi career, nurturing dreams of representing his country on an international level one day. His heartfelt dedication and passion for the sport shine through in every match he plays.
