Vikram Singh was born on December 23, 2004, in Baloya, Chandigarh, where his journey in kabaddi began at just 13 years old. Growing up in a loving family, with his mother Prem Rani as a dedicated housewife and strong support from his elder siblings, Komal and Bhupinder, he found the joy of the sport during his school days. Those early matches sparked a passion that has since defined his life. Today, under the guidance of his coach Ramesh Rana at the Maloya Coaching Centre, Vikram has developed his skills, particularly excelling as a Right Cover Defender. His favorite moves, the thigh hold and chain tackle, have made him a formidable player, helping him to stand out in competitions. His hard work has already paid off, with accolades like the bronze medal at the Junior Nationals and the Federation Cup in 2023, further establishing his presence in the kabaddi scene of Chandigarh. Vikram looks up to Maninder Singh, admiring his communication skills and game techniques.
