Raj Acharya (Mumbai Shahar) - Raj Acharya was the lone performer for Mumbai in today’s contest against Raigad. He scored an impeccable 20 raid points earning him a Thunder 20, which includes 16 touch points and 4 bonus points. He made just one unsuccessful raid and inflicted two Super Raids. Raj Acharya’s form will be crucial for the team in their road to the finals.
Varun Khandale (Nandurbar District) – A top-class raiding performance was displayed by Varun, who delivered an all-around performance to seal an emphatic victory for his team. He almost scored a Super-10 against Sangli as he scored 9 raid points which all came through touches. He also scored 4 tackle points. His counterparts were unable to contain his phenomenal kabaddi skills, as Varun continues to be an important asset for Nandurbar in this edition.
Prem Mandal (Palghar District) - At the tackling front; Prem Mandal scored a High-5 against Ratnagiri. He scored 6 tackle points and made 4 unsuccessful attempts while also inflicting a Super Tackle. His contribution has been top-class for Palghar District, as he is one of the lead scorers despite being a defender. His performance was crucial in helping his side win by a small margin of just 2 points.
