The two most consistent teams in the Relegation Round; Nashik District and Raigad District, continued their unbeaten run and confirmed their qualification with the final day still in hand. Matchday 27 of Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series (Men’s) Inter District Youth League 2024 started with Nashik’s victory over Jalna by a massive 39 points. Nashik’s impact substitutes turned the game to their side as they scored 11 points together at the raiding front, almost their opponents' total team score. This was followed by a similar contest between Raigad and Dharashiv as the scores ended 67-14 in favor of the former. Prashant Jadhav (20 points) and Nikhil Shirke (11 points) were the stars of the contest. The next game was a battle between Nanded and Latur, where Latur played with a complete team effort as every starting player contributed to the team’s score which eventually helped them win the contest. In the last match of the day, Dhule and Satara had a thrilling encounter as the match had us on the edge of our seats. While there weren't any star performances, it is noteworthy to mention that Jayvardhan Girase and Akshay Patil scored 9 points each to hand Dhule a one-point victory.

Tomorrow will be a day filled with excitement, not just because we will be done with the Relegation Round and move to the Summit Round. It is a remarkable day for the YKS Family as the 112th match between Nanded District and Nashik District will be the 1000th YKS match. The stage is all set to welcome this noteworthy milestone of the YKS family.
