The fourth matchday of the Relegation Round of Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series (Men’s) Inter District Youth League 2024 witnessed victories for Jalna, Nashik, Dhule, and Raigad District teams, while Satara and Dharashiv continue with their losing streak. Multiple all-around performances were delivered by YUVA players in the arena today, so let’s have a look at the top performers of the day:
Sahil Jaradkar (Dharashiv District) - The Lone Warrior for Dharashiv turned out to be the best performer in the YKS Arena today. Displaying all-around skills, Sahil scored 11 raid points and 5 tackle points and scored a Super 10 and a High-5 against Jalna. He made 4 unsuccessful raids and not a single unsuccessful tackle, and inflicted 2 Super Tackles on his counterparts. His contribution could not lead Dharashiv to victory, as they failed short by just two points.
Shivkumar Borgode (Nashik Shahar) – The Sensational Raider for Nashik, Shivkumar Borgode mesmerized the arena with his all-around skills. In the contest against Latur, he scored a Super 10 (11 raid points) and 2 tackle points and played a crucial part in placing Nashik in the current top two spots of the Relegation Round. He also made a Super Raid in the match and 2 unsuccessful attempts each at raiding and tackling fronts.
Vaibhav More (Raigad District) - The Determined Defender, Vaibhav made sure that Raigad captured the top position on the points table with his lethal performance at the tackling front. With a Tackle Success Rate of 80%, he scored 5 tackle points which included a Super Tackle as well. On the raiding front, he scored a point as well and scored 6 points in an important game against Satara.
