Matchday 19 of Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series (Men’s) Inter District Youth League 2024 witnessed Mumbai Shahar finally breaking their losing streak after their splendid victory against Beed. The day started with the clash of the bottom two teams, fighting for their first win in the Promotion Round. Mumbai thrashed Beed by a margin of 14 points, thanks to the performance of Jatin Vinde who scored 13 raid points. In the next match, we could witness table toppers, Ahmednagar completely outclassing Ratnagiri with the final score reading 52-25. Prafull Zaware scored a Super 10 while Ashish Yadav and Sanket Khalate took valuable points. Nandurbar and Palghar faced each other for the third game of the day. This was also a one-sided contest with the former winning the match by 14 points. Varun Khandale with an all-round performance of 11 points which included 7 raid points and 4 tackle points sealed the game for them. The last match witnessed a fight between Sangli and Kolhapur as both the teams had two players each scoring Super 10. However, in the end, Kolhapur had the last laugh as they won by 15 points due to the efforts of Sahil Patil and Sourabh Fagare both scoring 13 raid points bringing an end to an entertaining day of kabaddi.
