Matchday 13 of Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series (Men’s) Inter District Youth League 2024 witnessed victories for Satara, Kolhapur, and Nandurbar District teams, while the contest between Nashik District and Palghar District ended as a tie. Multiple YUVA players performed tremendously well in the arena so, let’s have a look at the Top-3 Performers of the day:
Sourabh Fagare (Kolhapur District) - Sourabh turned out to be the top performer of the day with his lethal raiding skills against Sangli District. He was a part of the Starting 7 and scored 16 raid points, which included a Super Raid and 3 unsuccessful raids. He also made a tackle attempt, but that was unsuccessful. Sourabh’s form will be crucial for Kolhapur in the upcoming Promotion Round.
Varun Khandale (Nandurbar District) - Varun played an important role in Nandurbar’s redemption after yesterday’s loss. His contribution was decisive in consolidating a firm grip against Latur. He scored 15 raid points which included 11 touch points, and 4 bonus points, with not a single unsuccessful attempt at the raiding front. Unfortunately, he was unable to fetch a point at tackling front in 5 attempts which all were unsuccessful.
Aniket Bharti (Dharashiv District) – With an exceptional performance at the tackling front, Aniket scored a High-5 against Satara. He scored 7 tackle points, which includes 3 Super Tackles. He also scored a raid point in this game. Unfortunately, his performance could not lead his team to a win, and Dharashiv is yet to win a game in the Survival Round of this edition.
