Matchday 12 of Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series (Men’s) Inter District Youth League 2024 saw the fight for the top four intensify. Three one-sided contests were witnessed today, where Sangli, Kolhapur, and Nashik emerged victorious. There were many key performers today who scored Super 10s and High-5s. Rushikesh Gadakh (Nashik District) - Rushikesh displayed his raiding prowess in the arena, as he scored a Super 10 against Satara and helped his team to be in contention for the Top-4 in Pool B. He scored 16 touchpoints, which included 2 Super Raids and just 2 unsuccessful attempts to fetch a point. He came in as a substitute and changed the course of the game.
Ganesh Gite (Nashik District) - The Towering Defender was also responsible for helping his side gain a massive win. His mindblowing 9 tackle points, with just one unsuccessful attempt, have shown us his importance to his side. He has so far scored 27 tackle points with 5.4 points per match. He was the backbone of Nashik’s tackling unit in today’s contest against Satara.
Abhiraj Pawar (Sangli District) – The talented young lad has proven why he is hyped so much by the fans in this edition. He once again scored a Super 10 which consisted of 10 touch points and 6 bonus points including a Super Raid. He has an average of 10 points per match and continues to be the point of difference for his side.
