Matchday 9 of Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series (Men’s) Inter District Youth League 2024 witnessed victories for Nandurbar, Palghar, Sangli, and Nashik District teams, who defeated Satara, Kolhapur, Latur, and Dharashiv District teams respectively. The day started with Jayesh Mahajan’s 12-point performance against Satara, which laid the bedrock for the contests. Yash Nimbalkar (12 raid points) and Jeet Patil (6 tackle points) continued with their good forms for Palghar, scoring a Super 10 and a High-5 respectively. This was followed by Abhishek and Navaj’s game-changing contribution of 24 points, which helped Sangli to register their first win. In the last game, Dharashiv was unable to contain an all-out attack from Nashik, who scored 30 raid points, 13 tackle points and inflicted four all-outs to register a mammoth victory. The two season debutant teams, Satara and Dharashiv, have lost consecutive matches and are yet to open their winning account.
