Matchday 2 of Krantijyot Mahila Pratishthan Yuva Kabaddi Series (Men’s) Inter District Youth League 2024 started with Ratnagiri’s victory over Dhule by a margin of 15 points. Abhishek Shinde (17 points) was the backbone of Ratnagiri, and helped his team in registering their first win of the campaign. This was followed by Mumbai Shahar’s 10-point victory against Jalna, who have now lost both their opening games, and are at the bottom of the table. In the afternoon slot, Beed and Ahmednagar unleashed their kabaddi tactics and defeated Nanded and Raigad respectively by delivering dominating performances at both raiding and tackling fronts. At the end of first eight matches of Pool A in the Survival Round, Ahmednagar and Beed District teams are undefeated, while the hunt for a win continues for Raigad and Jalna District teams.
