Matchday 19 of YKS 11 Division Rounds initiated the third phase of this edition. This phase will have 8 teams in Division 1 taking on each other in 28 group stage matches, which will be followed by a final of this division. The eight Division-1 teams are as follows: Palani Tuskers, Chennai Tamizhans, Sonipat Spartans, Kurukshetra Warriors, Aravalli Arrows, Jaipur Thunders, Murthal Magnets, and Karpagam Raiders. Today, four epic contests laid the foundation of the opening matchday of Division-1. The day brought victories for Spartans, Warriors, Tamizhans, and Tuskers, as they defeated Magnets, Arrows, Thunders, and Raiders respectively. Ankit Saharwa (Spartans), Umesh Panwar (Magnets), Vishva Asalavan (Tuskers) scored 18 points, 14 points, and 13 points respectively, and played a crucial part in their respective team’s victory. Other notable performances in the YKS arena were from Sanjay Rajan (5 tackle points for Tamizhans), Deepanshu Khatri (6 tackle points for Warriors), and Ankit Dahiya (7 raid & 3 tackle points for Warriors).
