The day opened with VELS University proving why they are the table toppers as they registered their second booster round victory, defeating the Sivagangai Warriors by 8 points. High number of failed tackles from the warriors costed them the loss, while Thirukumaran Murugan's Super 10 remained the highlight.
Following that, Karapagam University turned their fortune after winning their first booster round game. Fighting against AMK Gobi, the team clinched a comfortable victory as the final score read 42-21. It felt as if the Karapagam boys had a perfect sync throughout as all players contributed to the points table.
The second half of the day opened with an exciting game of kabaddi as NA Academy destroyed PK Sports. R Guhan & M. Dhanashekar carried the load on their shoulders, adding 21 points out of the 46. It tremendously helped boost their team's morale as the jumped into the top 10 on the points table.
And then, the final game saw Katatudi Sports against SRM University where Katatudi dominated a 10-point game. While the stats for both teams remained almost similar, Katakudi Sports stood out over their two extra all-out points, followed by the last-minute raid & defense leads. Overall, it helped the team clinch the victory by 37 -27.
