Unfortunately, Noushad Ali’s efforts didn’t do the job, as the Chennai defense slacked throughout. Final game saw an unexpected finish as Sivagangai’s substitutes had a better scoreline compared to the starting 7. The unfortunate mistakes of the main squad led to a brutal loss of 33 - 47, allowing PRIST University to take the win. B. Kiruba’s classic raiding alongside Gowtham Murgan’s apt defense helped PRIST walk off with a comfortable victory.
